I was in Lima a while ago and was looking to have serious work done on my teeth. I had found the run-of-the-mill Peruvian dentists who offer treatments at amazing prices, but found that perhaps the treatments themselves weren’t quite as amazing as they had lead me to believe!! In one case, shockingly bad!
Found Dr Enrique Yuen (www.travelandsmile.net), quite by chance, he gave me a number of options – about the quality and time it would take depending on treatments selected by my good self. I needed someone of good rapport, trustworthy, highly qualified and that spoke English. I opted to go with Dr Yuen for those reasons and because his explanations were clear, offered a number of options for completing treatment and that technology he has, well, talk about top-notch stuff! It’s amazing! Never saw most of that gear in England!
I’m glad he offered me the chance of a full smile makeover, which I jumped at the chance to have.
What’s more is that I also found his pricing to be fair and lower than that of the other ‘top’ practices in Lima. Anyway, 3 years on and all is good with my teeth – haven’t seen a dentist since and am more than happy with the great results I have.
